Top Tips for using Body Wraps

1. Exfoliate in a warm (not hot) bath prior to applying the wrap. This will get rid of dead skin and open pores to allow the product to work its best

2. Read the instructions. I know it's exciting but its not as simple as it looks!

3. Keep yourself warm. Body wraps work by drawing out excess fluid and toxins from your body, so they work best when they can sink in through open pores. You'll get cold very quickly wrapped in cold bandages so take my advice and invest in a body wrap suit like this. It might seem like an added expense but body wraps can be messy and it will enable you to sit/lie down and keep warm without damaging towels, bed sheets aswell.

4. If you're using a body wrap which uses bandages don't wrap yourself too tight, your circulation will slow down, you'll get pins and needles and most probably lose all feeling in your limbs (been there!)

5. Finally don't expect miracle results straight away. I've yet to discover a product that has given outstanding results first time but some do give great results after a few sessions.
